POBLACION, NARRA, PALAWAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  • The Municipal Government of Narra now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 40 UNITS TEMPORARY RELOCATION STALLS AT PUBLIC MARKET, BRGY. POBLACION, NARRA, PALAWAN. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project with at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
  • Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

  • Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Narra and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting Monday, October 26, 2026 from the BAC Secretariat, General Services Office, Municipal Compound, Brgy. Poblacion, Narra, Palawan and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of five thousand pesos only (PHP 5,000.00).

  • Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM, Monday, November 16, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
