Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening 2) The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY Region IV (Southern Tagalog) through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee, invites bids for the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR NFA REGION IV (SOUTHERN TAGALOG) FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2027 TO DECEMBER 31, 2027 with Project Identification No. NFA-RO4-RBAC-GOODS-2026-20 through the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) strategy using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required as stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have been completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
