All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 12009. The schedule of activities are as follows:

  • Availability of Bid Documents --------------- November 3, 2026
