The complete schedule of activities is as follows:

  • Issuance of Bid Documents – October 27 – November 23, 2026
  • Pre-Bid Conference – November 3, 9:00 a.m.
  • Deadline for Submission of Bids – November 23, 8:30 a.m.
  • Bidding Proper and Opening of Bid Envelopes – November 23, 9:00 a.m.
  • Bid Evaluation and Post Qualification – November 24 – onwards

Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before November 23, 2026, 8:30 a.m. Late bids shall not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the IRR of RA 12009. The City of Taguig reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
