- Local Government Unit of Barangay Dalusan, in the Municipality of Maasin, Province of Iloilo, through the Financial Assistance from the Iloilo Provincial Government (NTA CY 2026)1 intends to apply the sum of P4,500.000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water System at Brgy. Dalusan, Maasin, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
- Local Government Unit of Barangay Dalusan, Maasin, Iloilo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. 2 Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
- Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat, Barangay Hall of Barangay Dalusan, Maasin, Iloilo, Philippines and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 27, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00).
