INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
The Barangay Government of Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon, through its 2026 20% LDF, intends to apply the following sum of One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos and 01/100 (P133,600.01) @ Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Solar Street Lights more particularly described as follows:
Item Description Supply, Delivery & Installation, Including Testing and Commissioning, of 6 units of Solar Street Lights (Semi-integrated) with tapered pole, hot-dip galvanized lamp post, 4.5 meters height, 1.5 meters curved arm, with base plate and pedestal. As per approved plans, programs of works and specifications. A. Item No. Quantity Units Scoop of Works 624 (8) 6.00 pcs. Solar Led Street Lights Completion of the Works is required 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Government of Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at address given below from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 28 to November 17, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00).
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) provided that Bidders shall pay the nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
The Barangay Government of Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon will hold a Pre-bid Conference on November 5, 2026, at the Office of the Sangguniang Barangay, Bagontaas, Valencia City, which shall be open to all interested parties.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 17, 2026. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Submission and Bid Opening shall be on November 17, 2026 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the office of the Punong Barangay. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Barangay Government of Bagontaas assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
The Barangay Government of Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
