Contract ID : 2026-CDF-11 Contract Name : Repair/Renovation of Bagong Barangay Health Center Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱ 18,000,000.00 Contract Duration : 150 calendar days 4. Contract ID : 2026-CDF-24 Contract Name : Improvement of Comfort Rooms at Juan Nolasco High School Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱ 3,000,000.00 Contract Duration : 60 calendar days 9. Contract ID : 2026-CDF-25 Contract Name : Repair / Rehabilitation of Delpan Evacuation Center Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱ 15,332,000.00 Contract Duration : 120 calendar days 10. Contract ID : 2026-C0-02 Contract Name : Manila North Cemetery Façade and Arch Rehabilitation Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱ 13,000,000.00 Contract Duration : 90 calendar days 11. Contract ID : 2026-C0-03 Contract Name : Manila South Cemetery Façade and Arch Rehabilitation Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱ 7,000,000.00 Contract Duration : 90 calendar days 2) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 3) Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 4) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 5) Interested bidders may obtain further information from City Government of Manila and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below, Monday to Thursday from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. 6) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 29 – November 25, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the abovementioned applicable fees for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB. 7) The City Government of Manila will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 9, 2026, 2:00 P.M. at Conference Room of City General Services Office, 4th Floor Rm. 442, Manila City Hall Building, A.J. Villegas St., Ermita, Manila, or through video conferencing which shall be open to prospective bidders. 8) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before November 25, 2026, 1:00 P.M. Late bids shall not be accepted. 9) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 10) Bid opening shall be on November 25, 2026, 2:00 P.M. at Conference Room of City General Services Office, 4th Floor Rm. 442, Manila City Hall Building, A.J. Villegas St., Ermita, Manila. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 11) The BAC and all concerned are hereby enjoined to strictly follow the provision stipulated in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, Section 61.1, as follows: “Members of the BAC, its staff and personnel, Secretariat, and TWG, as well as Observers, are prohibited from making or accepting any communication with any bidder regarding the evaluation of their bids until the issuance of the Notice of Award. However, the BAC, through its Secretariat, may ask the bidder in writing for clarification of its bid. All responses to requests for clarification shall be in writing.” 12) The City Government of Manila reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A.
