The Sangguniang Barangay Calaguise through the authorized appropriations under

20% BDF -2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Php. 200,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSATALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT BRGY. CALAGUISE, LEYTE, LEYTE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Sangguniang Barangay of Calaguise now invites bids for the above Procurement

Project. Completion of the Works is required within 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New

Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Sangguniang Barangay of

Calaguise and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October

29, 2026 from the address below {Insert if necessary: and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php.500.00 (Five Hundred Pesos Only.)

Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat

through manual submission at the address indicated below or on or before November 19,2026 @, 10:00 o’clock in the morning. Late bids shall not be accepted.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in

the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.

Bid opening shall be on Novermver 19, 2026 @, 10:00 o’clock at BRGY.HALL BRGY.

CALAGUISE, LEYTE, LEYTE]. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.

The Sangguniang Barangay of Calaguise reserves the right to reject any and all bids,
