INVITATION TO BID FOR ROAD AND LOT DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CEMETERY, NORTH POBLACION, NAMPICUAN, NUEVA ECIJA The Local Government Unit of Nampicuan, through its authorized appropriation under the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR AND 11/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 2,294,774.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project ROAD AND LOT DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CEMETERY, NORTH POBLACION, NAMPICUAN, NUEVA ECIJA. Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Nampicuan now invites bids for the Project of ROAD AND LOT DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CEMETERY, NORTH POBLACION, NAMPICUAN, NUEVA ECIJA. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) days from the commencement of work. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 1.Bidding shall be conducted through Competitive Bidding in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” (NGPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), using the applicable non-discretionary “pass or fail” criterion for the preliminary examination of the eligibility and technical requirements, as prescribed under the IRR of RA No. 12009. The applicable requirements on the nationality, eligibility, legal capacity, technical capacity, financial capacity, and other qualifications of bidders shall be as specified in the Bidding Documents. 2.Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Nampicuan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 3.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 29, 2026 – November 19, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00). 4.The Local Government Unit of Nampicuan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 05, 2026 @ 10:00 AM at Engineering Office, Municipal Hall, Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija which shall be open to prospective bidders. 5.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before November 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the applicable provision of the Bidding Documents. Bid opening shall be on November 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Function Hall, 3rd Floor, Municipal Hall, Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
