INVITATION TO BID FOR Early Procurement Activity (FY2027) for the Procurement of Goods: Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents Through Framework Agreement 1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2027 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Nine Million Philippine Peso Only (Php179,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for under IB#2026-10-047. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (FY2027) for the Procurement of Goods: Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents through Framework Agreement using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
