CLARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, PHILIPPINES INVITATION TO BID The Clark Development Corporation (CDC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Contract : Procurement of Engineering Software Location : Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines Approved Budget for the Contract : Php3,185,000.00 (VAT Exclusive) Brief Description : The project covers the procurement of one (1) year subscriptions to Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Software and Professional Three-Dimensional Modeling Software. The software shall support drafting, design, modeling, visualization, and project documentation, including license activation, installation assistance, updates, technical support, and administrator access for user and license management. Contract Duration : Thirty (30) calendar days Mode of Evaluation : Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar completed project with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids, shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No.12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation.
