  • Delivery Scheme:

a. Fuel shall be delivered on a staggered basis depending on LGU requirements

  • Pricing Basis:

a. Price shall be based on the prevailing pump price at the time of delivery, consistent with Department of Energy (DOE) published prices. b. no fixed unit price shall apply due to volatility of fuel prices

  • Payment Terms:

a. Payment shall be made per delivery,based on actual quantity delivered and prevailing price at time of delivery b. Each delivery must be supported by: i. Delivery Receipt ii. Charge Invoice iii. DOE Price Monitoring of Liquid Fuels (From DOE Website)

  • Quantity:

a. Quantities indicated are estimated only and may increase or decrease depending on actual consumption and available funds

  • Justification:

a. Lack of LGU Fuel Storage Facilities necessitates staggered deliveries b. Adoption of DOE- based pricing ensures transparency and compliance with curent market conditions c. Estimated Unit Price is based on recent DOE prevailing prices for ABC Purposes Only; actual payment shall follow the DOE price at the time of delivery The conduct of Bid for PURCHASE OF DIESEL & GASOLINE FOR LGU VEHICLES LIGHT AND HEAVY EQUIPMENTS-Kibawe,Bukidnon particular criteria for eligibility check, examination, and evaluation of bids shall be in accordance with the provisions of R.A 12009 and it’s implementing rules and regulations.   • Pre-Procurement Conference: October 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m- BAC OFFICE Kibawe, Kibawe, Bukidnon
  • Pre-Bid Conference: The Pre-bid Conference is a mandatory to the bidders on November 12,2026 @ 9:00 a.m at BAC OFFICE, Kibawe, Bukidnon. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is a prerequisite to bidding, bids will not be accepted from any bidder not in attendance at the pre-bid conference.
  • Issuance of Bid Documents: November 12, 2026 – November 26, 2026 at BAC OFFICE Kibawe, Kibawe, Bukidnon
  • Dropping of Bid Documents: November 26, 2026 on or before 9:00 a.m
