INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REBIDDING FOR THE PROVISION OF SIPHONING SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
Appropriation Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Pesos Only Pesos Only (P 2,158,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rebidding for the Provision of Siphoning Services under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
