The supplier shall provide onsite technical servicing, troubleshooting, and repair services in the event of equipment malfunction or operational problems, including the necessary labor, tools, and technical support. The Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) of the equipment malfuntion shall be conducted at the Motorpool facility. 9. To ensure the legitimacy, the supplier must be accredited certified Importer by the Land Transportation Office 10. The supplier shall submit the manufacturer's original product catalog, duly authenticated or certified by the manufacturer or its authorized representative. Failure to comply on the Technical Specification on will result to con-complying. 12. The supplier/bidder must be a dealer or authorized distributor duly certified by the original manufacturer or its authourized representative abroad as an authorized dealer/distributor of the water truck being offered. 13. One (1) year coverage of GSIS Insurance (Comprehensive and TPL) for the unit. 14. To ensure environmental compliance, the supplier shall present a valid Certificate of Conformity (COC) from Department of Environment & Natural Resources-Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) pursuant to Section 22, Chapter II of Republic Act No. 8749 otherwise known as the Clean Air Act of 1999. 15. The Certificate of Conformity (COC) shall be a mandatory requirement prior to the acceptance of the unit and shall be duly presented by the Supplier and verified and accepted by the Procuring Entity before the unit is considered compliant and eligible for payment processing. Failure of the Supplier to submit and present the required COC shall result in the withholding or non-processing of payment until the required environmental compliance document has been duly submitted, verified, and accepted by the Procuring Entity. 18. Bidding Documents not in compressed archive folders and are not password-protected, shall be rejected. However, bidding documents not properly compressed and password-protected, as required shall be accepted, provided that the bidder or its duly authorized representative shall acknowledge such condition of the bid as submitted.
