The Municipal Government of Bobon now invites bids for the above-listed Procurement Project/s. Completion of the Works is required based on the above-stated contract duration/s. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government Unit of Bobon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, Municipal Building, Barangay General Lucban, Bobon, Northern Samar from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday to Friday, except on holidays.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 30, 2026– November 20, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php25,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees through its Authorized Representative.
The Municipal Government of Bobon will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 09, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. at the BAC Office, Municipal Building, Barangay General Lucban, Bobon, Northern Samar, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before November 20, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. Late bids shall not be accepted.
Bidders shall comply with all requirements for the preparation, sealing, marking, and submission of bids prescribed in the Bidding Documents and applicable NGPA rules. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the applicable provision of the Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
