INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Goods: Supply and Delivery of Various Medical/Surgical Supplies through Framework Agreement (Early Procurement Activity FY2027) IB#2026-10-054 1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2027 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Four Philippine Peso Only (Php209,370,388.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for under IB#2026-10-054. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Goods: Supply and Delivery of Various Medical/Surgical Supplies through Framework Agreement (Early Procurement Activity FY2027) using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
