The Bidding Documents Fee may be paid at any LANDBANK branch, provided that a Payment Acceptance Order (PAO) is first obtained from the LANDBANK RBAC NEL Secretariat. Interested bidders who intend to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference, whether through personal attendance or video conferencing via the Microsoft Teams application, shall submit a duly accomplished Pre-Bid Conference Registration (PBCR) Form to [email protected] not later than 12:00 noon on 12 November 2026. Detailed instructions on how to join the Pre-Bid Conference shall be sent by LANDBANK to the registered bidders through email. Bids must be duly received by the LANDBANK RBAC NEL Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before 12:00 noon on 25 November 2026. Interested bidders shall submit two (2) original sets of their bids in sealed and properly marked envelopes on or before the prescribed deadline. Unsealed or improperly marked bid envelopes shall be rejected. Submission of bids through electronic or online means shall not be accepted. Late bids shall not be accepted.
