The Barangay Madasigon, Municipality of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, though its Bids and Awards Commetee (BAC) Invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Project : PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT MOTOR VEHICLE, SPECIFICALLY A DIESEL-POWERED VAN Location : Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga del sur ABC : One MillionTwo Hundred Seventy One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Six pesos (1,271,946.00) Funding Source : Brgy Fund Delivery Period : 15 Days Cost of Bid Document : Php 5000.00 Details/Specification : REFER TO BID DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years, with an amount of at laeast 50% of the proposed project for bedding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary pass/fail/ criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Reciept and Openning of Bid: November 3, 2026 at 1:00 P.M Friday, At Brgy Bac Office, Barangay Madasigon, Molave ZDS. The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Checklist of Eligibility Requirements upon submission of letter of intent (LOI) and payment of non-refundable fee of Php 5000.00 for the bidding documents. It may also be downloaded free of change from the website of the Government Policy Board (www.gppb.gorv.ph) provided that bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. Prospective bidders shall submit their Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the said address on or before the deadline for the submission of bids for the eligibility screening. They can also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the by the BAC at the same address. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration or Bid Security in a form of Bank Guarantee, cash or cashier’s equivalent to 2% and surety bond equivalent to 5% of the ABC and valid for at least 120 days from the date of the opening of bids. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. The opening of bids will proceed immediately after the time set for the deadline of submission of bids as indicated above. Late bids shall not be accepted. The Barangay Madasigon, Municipality of Molave assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnity Bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their Bids. The Head of the Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any and will declare a failure of bidding or not award the contract and to annul the bidding process, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
