The Municipal Government of Baganga, through the General Fund-MOOE-Repair and Maintenance of Machinery &
Equipment 1st and 2nd Quarter C.Y. 2026- Municipal Engineering Office-Motorpool Section intends to apply the sum of Php 742,919.00 Seven Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Nineteen Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Municipal Vehicle Spare Parts (Repair and Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Baganga, now invites bids for Procurement of Various Municipal Vehicle Spare Parts
(Repair and Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment). Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within Ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as
specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Baganga, and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 7, 2026 from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 1,000.00.
The Municipal Government of Baganga, will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 15, 2026 at Second Floor, New MultiPurpose Building, Municipal Complex, Central, Baganga, Davao Oriental which shall be open to prospective bidders.
Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at
the address indicated below on or before October 27, 2026 @ 9:00am. Late bids shall not be accepted.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB
Clause 9.
Bid opening shall be on October 27, 2026 at 9:00am at Second Floor, New Multi-Purpose Building, Municipal Complex,
Central, Baganga, Davao Oriental. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
The Municipal Government of Baganga, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding,
or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
