The LGU-Malangas now invites bids for PURCHASE OF DRUGS, MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO ENSURE THE AVAILABILITY OF NECESSARY MEDICAL ITEMS FOR PATIENT CASE AND TREATMENT OF MALANGAS EMERGENCY INFIRMARY-Rebid, through a competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the goods is hereby required to be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from the effectivity of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), subject to inspection and acceptance by the End-User. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project/procurement, the value of which must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
