Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of Passenger Van for the Legislative and Executive Offices of the Municipality of Paranas, Samar (Re-Bid)

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of Passenger Van for the Legislative and Executive Offices of the Municipality of Paranas, Samar (Re-Bid) NO. PAR G-2026-09 1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱5,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of Passenger Van for the Legislative and Executive Offices of the Municipality of Paranas, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of Passenger Vans for the Legislative and Executive Offices of the Municipality of Paranas, Samar. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the Project, the value of which, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Consumer Price Index (CPI), must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, or Php 2,750,000.00. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB), subject to bid evaluation and post-qualification in accordance with the applicable provisions of the IRR of RA No. 12009. 3.1 Bidding is open to eligible bidders in accordance with Section 52.4.1.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, including duly licensed Filipino citizens or sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, cooperatives, and qualified joint ventures, subject to the eligibility requirements prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Foreign bidders may participate only under the circumstances allowed under Section 52.4.1.2 of the IRR of RA No. 12009 and applicable laws, rules, regulations, treaties, or international agreements. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat of the Local Government Unit of Paranas, Samar and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Mondays to Fridays except Holidays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders beginning October 12, 2026, from the address indicated below, upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00), pursuant to the applicable guidelines issued by the GPPB. The Bidding Documents may also be downloaded free of charge from the PhilGEPS website and the website of the Procuring Entity, if available, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before November 3, 2026, 2:00 PM.
