  • The LGU - Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for ROAD CONCRETING FROM NEW CITY HALL TO GOVERNMENT CENTER BYPASS AT SITIO MAAG, BRGY. PEÑAPLATA, SAMAL DIST. UNDER PR#2026-09-4873. Completion of the Works is required Seventy-Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
  • Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

  • Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8am to 4pm.
  • A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 12, 2026 from the address below BAC Secretariat Office, New City Hall building, Sitio Maag, Brgy.   • The LGU - Island Garden City of Samal will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 19, 2026, 01:00pm at the BAC Conference Room, City Hall, Sitio Maag, Brgy. Peñaplata, Island Garden City of Samal, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
  • Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the BAC Secretariat Office, Conference Room, New City Hall, Sitio Maag, Brgy.
