Invitation to Bid for the COMPLETION OF LINED CANAL, PRK. BLISS, BRGY. PARAISO, CITY OF KORONADAL 1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF KORONADAL, through the SLDRRM FUND 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED-FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX PESOS & 52/100 (Php 1,705,596.52), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the COMPLETION OF LINED CANAL, PRK. BLISS, BRGY. PARAISO, CITY OF KORONADAL with Project Identification Number: ITB-KOR: 26-11-0099 CEO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF KORONADAL now invites bids for MOBILIZATION / DEMOBILIZATION, REMOVAL OF EXISTING STRUCTURE (RPCP 24” dia.), BACK FILL, EARTH WORKS, CONCRETE WORKS, MASONRY WORKS, REINFORCING STEEL WORKS, FINISHING WORKS, FORM WORKS, REMOVAL OF WASTE & DISPOSAL, CONSTRUCTION SAFETY & HEALTH PROGRAM & BILLBOARD. Completion of the Works is required NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 12009. Bidders should have completed, within TEN (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
