Attractive smooth matt-colored floor finish. Benefits: Antimicrobial, high chemical resistance, easy to clean and sterilize, non-tainting and non-dusting, high abrasion resistance, low odor, fast return to service GENERAL SCOPE OF WORKS: 1.Check soundness of concrete slabs. (Any corrections due to imperfection on existing flooring shall be on the account of the owner/building contractor.) 2.Check the level tolerance of concrete slabs to determine its conformity to the desired elevation, slope and inclination. (It is however the primary obligation of the owner/building contractor to see to it that the desired elevations, slope, inclinations are met. Any correction shall be for the account of the owner/building .3.Checking moisture content (for new concrete substrate) using moisture meter. 4.Remove oil, grease, wax and other contaminants by scrubbing with industrial grade detergent or degreasing compound. 5.Treatment of minor cracks, joints, gaps, holes, etc., 6.To provide anchor groove around columns, machinery plinths, doorways and channels that will help distribute mechanical and thermal stresses and adhesion. 7.Mechanically clean surface by shot-blasting (Blastrac) or scarifying followed by vacuum cleaning. 8.Surface grinding using concrete planer, scabler, scarifiers and grinders to attain the Surface grinding using concrete planer, scabler, scarifiers and grinders to attain the appropriate profile of the substrate.
