Republic of the Philippines Province of Antique MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA Invitation to Bid for the REHABILITATION OF SPORTS FACILITY IN SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, ANTIQUE REGION VI (WESTERN VISAYAS) IB No. SJdB-2026-020 The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, through the LGSF-Green Green Green Program FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Ninety-one Pesos (Php 5,447,091.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Sports Facility in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique Region VI (Western Visayas). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Sports Facility in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique Region VI (Western Visayas). Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eight (108) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, Municipal Hall, Rep. Salazar St., San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 12:00nn and 1:00pm to 5:00pm. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 13, 2026 to November 2, 2026, by obtaining the soft copy from the BAC Secretariat from this address: Office of the Bids and Awards Committee located at the Municipal Hall, Rep. Salazar St., San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00). It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buenavista, Antique will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 21, 2026, 10:00 am at Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, Municipal Hall, Rep. Salazar St., San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, which shall be open to prospective bidders. Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at this address Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, Municipal Hall, Rep. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.
