The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished technical and financial proposal in two (2) separate sealed envelopes in the bid box located at the OTOP CENTER, Tibiao, Antique on or before 10:00 A.M. of November 02, 2026. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 PM.LGU, Tibiao BAC further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding at any time prior to the contract award, or not to award the contract, without thereby incurring any liability, and make no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of the bidding.
