INVITATION TO BID KB-GOODS-2026-32 I. The Municipality of Kitaotao, intends to apply the sum ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (1,800,000.00) for the various contracts listed below. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Name of Contract Office ABC (PHP) 1. SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL STORAGE TANK MMO 1,800,000.00 1 1 unit Procurement of Fuel Storage Tank specs: Capacity: 6,000 liters Tank: made of standard steel 1 tank for diesel Metering: electronic digital display for liters Pump system:Submersible turbine pumps Hoses petroleum-resistant, with approved breakaway couplings Emergency shutdown Emergency stop/shutoff accessible from the fueling area Nozzles: Automatic shutoff type Installation design and as-built fire safety compliance Fuel station building is constructed based on the approved plans and technical specifications TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The SUPPLIER shall provide and install the gasoline/diesel dispensing station and machine specified in the approved Purchase Order or Contract 2. Certified Distributor of fuel storage tank being offered. 3. Must be an Authorized Dealer and have Spare Parts and Accessories. 4. Manufacturer's environment mangement system (EMS) certificate. 5. Bidder's Service Center must be DTI ACRREDITED 6. Duly Notarized Certificate Issued by the Bidder that they have been in the Philippines MARKET FOR AT LEAST EIGHT (8) YEARS. 7. Unit must be BRAND NEW and Completely Built-Up. 8. Formal training for operators and technicians on the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment shall be conducted after delivery of the unit. 9. Proposed annual maintenance plan for the equip- ment shall be submitted. 10. The Supplier shall provide a warranty for the equipment and shall repair or replace defective parts or components within the warranty period. 11. The Supplier shall ensure that the equipment supplied and installed complies with applicable safety, technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements 12. The LGU shall inspect and test the equipment before final acceptance 13. Installation is included II. New BAC Office, Beside Ticket Booth at the Kitaotao Integrated Bus Terminal Kitaotao, Bukidnon Deadline for the Submission and Opening of Eligibility Requirements and to Bid November 5, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M. Municipal Function Hall, 2nd Floor Building, Poblacion, Kitaotao, Bukidnon III. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. IV. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee, Municipality of Kitaotao, Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm October 23- November 4, 2026. V. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount specified above. The method of payment will be through cash. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his authorized representative. VI. Bids and eligibility requirements must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 a.m., on November 5, 2026. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in the form of cash (2% of ABC) or any other form as specified in the revised IRR of R.A. 9184. Late Bids shall not be accepted. VII. Bid opening shall be on November 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m, Municipal Function Hall, 2nd Floor Building, Poblacion, Kitaotao, Bukidnon. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address specified above. VIII. Request for clarifications must be submitted at least ten (10) calendar days before the scheduled opening of bids. IX. The Municipality of Kitaotao reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
