(Php. 2,338,150.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CLUSTER 22-2026 (1. Improvement of Dalican Road; 2. Retaining Wall Along Dalican Road (Matarakachiw-Chokochog Section), Dalican; 3. Construction/ Improvement of Aliwes Irrigation System in Mainit; 4. Restoration of the Kadpayas Mainit Protection Wall; 5. Rehabilitation of Chackang Pathway) INFRA -2026-38 received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 51 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Local Government Unit of Bontoc and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8;00am-12; 00NN to 1:00PM-5:00PM.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 14, 2026 from the BAC Office, Mezzanine Level, Bontoc Municipal Capitol, Bontoc Mountain Province and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php.5,000.00. The procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees, presented in person.
Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the BAC Office,Mezzanine Level, Bontoc Municipal Capitol, Bontoc Mountain Province on or before November 4, 2026,10:01 am. Late bids shall not be accepted.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.
Bid opening shall be on November 4, 2026, 10:01 Am at BAC Office, Mezzanine Level, Bontoc Municipal Capitol, Bontoc Mountain Province. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
Please submit one (1) Original set and one (1) "Copy 1" set of the Financial and Technical Components.
*Note: Original 1.)Set: Must contain all documents with original "wet" signatures and official dry seals.
Copy 1 Set: Must be a complete, faithful photocopy of the entire Original set(with certified true copy).
