The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) The schedule of BAC activities is as follows: BAC ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE VENUE
