  • The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2026 (Fund 05-IGI SC) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 2,142,740.00) for (Fund 05-IGI SC) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Supply and Delivery of Consolidated ICT Equipment (1st and 2nd Quarter), Satellite Campuses with identification number GS-P25-2026-11-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  • The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for One (1) Lot Supply and Delivery of Consolidated ICT Equipment (1st and 2nd Quarter), Satellite Campuses with identification number GS-P25-2026-11-03. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar days upon receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed project within two (2) years (November 03,2024-November 03,2026); prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
  • Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.

  • Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)-Procurement Unit, 2nd Floor Administration Building, Bukidnon State University or through cellular number 0917-816-2400 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during official office hours.

Effective October 12, 2026, official office hours shall be Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM–12:00 NN and 1:00 PM–6:30 PM, with Friday as a non-reporting day, pursuant to University Memorandum No. MEMO-032-1006-S.2026. In weeks when a declared holiday falls on a weekday, the work schedule shall automatically revert to the regular Monday-to-Friday schedule of 8:00 AM–12:00 NN and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, excluding the declared holiday.

  • A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 15, 2026 until the deadline of bid submission on November 03, 2026; 2:00 PM from the given address and website(s) below “Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)-Procurement Unit, 2nd Floor Administration Building, Bukidnon State University” and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) only. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
  • The Bukidnon State University will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 22,2026, 2:00 PM through video conferencing or webcasting via ZOOM Meeting (Meeting ID: 851 6354 2775; Passcode: 951611), which shall be open to prospective bidders.
  • Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission or through online at the office address indicated below on or before November 03, 2026; 2:00PM. Late bids shall not be accepted.
  • All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.
  • Bid opening shall be on November 03, 2026; 2:00PM; onwards through video conferencing via ZOOM Meeting (Meeting ID: 871 3967 6364; Passcode: 759332), and livestreamed via Facebook live. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
