Republic of the Philippines Province of Oriental Mindoro MUNICIPALITY OF SAN TEODORO INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF MATERIALS FOR HOUSING PROJECTS AT SITIO AGBIRAY, BARANGAY LUMANGBAYAN No. 2026-43 October 15, 2026 1.The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos only (Php 1,649,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% Development Fund, to payments under the contract for the Provision of Materials for Housing Projects at Sitio Agbiray, Barangay Lumangbayan, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid for materials. Delivery of materials is required within forty five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders. 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the New Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) under the Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 12009. 5.Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Budget Office, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday. 6. The Municipality of San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 22, 2026 at 10:00a.m.at the BAC Office, Municipal Building, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro, which shall be open to all interested parties. 7.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 15 – November 5, 2026, 1:00 p.m. from the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) 8.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 5, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB. 9.Bid opening shall be on November 5, 2026, 1:30 p.m. at the BAC Office Municipal Compound, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose to attend. Bids shall not be accepted if it goes beyond the specific time and date of the Bid opening. 10.The Municipality of San Teodoro reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 11.For further information, please refer to: Princess V.
