  • The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the Trust Fund - Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to LGU's FY 2026, GAA, RA No. 12314 - Barangay Poblacion, Olo-Olo and Mabilog na Bundok, Lobo, Batangas intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos & 24/100 Php9,999,777.24 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for Installation of Streetlights along National Road, Barangay Poblacion, Olo-Olo and Mabilog na Bundok, Lobo, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  • The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas now invites bids for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for Installation of Streetlights along National Road, Barangay Poblacion, Olo-Olo and Mabilog na Bundok, Lobo, Batangas. Completion of the Works is required 90 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
  • Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

  • Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas – Office of the BAC Secretariat – Municipal Building, Malvar Street, Poblacion, Lobo, Batangas and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 6:00pm.
  • A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 19, 2026 to November 09, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00).

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

  • The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 27, 2026, 1:00pm at Office of the Human Resource Management Officer, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Lobo, Batangas, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
  • Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the address indicated below on or before November 09, 2026, 1:00pm. Late bids shall not be accepted.
  • All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.
  • Bid opening shall be on November 09, 2026, 1:00pm at Office of the Human Resource Management Officer, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Lobo, Batangas. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
