The Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos only (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No.2026-061, “Rehabilitation/Improvement of Old Public Market Site” located at Poblacion III, Hamtic, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2 The Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, through its BAC, now invites potential Bidders for bidding for the “Rehabilitation/Improvement of Old Public Market Site” located at Poblacion I, Hamtic, Antique. Bidders should have a similar contract within the last 2 years with the value at least 50% of the ABC, other eligibility will be evaluated on a “pass/fail” basis. Completion of the works is required within 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice To Proceed.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC secretariat Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from October 20, 2026, Tuesday at 8:00 am to 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by Bidders to the BAC secretariat at the address stated below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00). The bidding documents shall be received personally by the bidder or his authorized representative which will be issued on October 20, 2026, Monday to November 12, 2026, Thursday.
The BAC of Hamtic, Antique, will hold a Pre-bid Conference on 11:30 AM, October 29, 2026, Thursday at the Municipal Hall, Hamtic, Antique, open to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 11:30 AM of November 12, 2026, Thursday. Late bids shall not be accepted.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in IB Clause 14.
