PR # 007-2026 INVITATION TO BID (INFRA) The Barangay Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu through the 20% Development Fund (BDF) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (250,000.00), Installation of 25 Units Solar Street Lights w/ Post at Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Metal Works 25.00 Pcs 5. Paint Works 23.94 m² 6. Solar Street Light Installation 25.00 pc The Barangay Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required within twenty-eight (28) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships of organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Hall, Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu and inspect the Bidding Documents or one may call the Secretariat at (032) 486-9215 from Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 20 – November 11, 2026 at Barangay Hall, Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu and upon payment of a nonrefundable applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Php. 500.00 to the Barangay Treasurer’s Office. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the Barangay Hall, Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu on or before November 11, 2026 (10:00 A.M). Late bids shall not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. Bid opening shall be on November 11, 2026 (10:00 A.M) at Barangay Hall, Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. The Barangay Bahay, Sibonga, Cebu reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A.
