Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF BUKDINON Malaybalay City OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR Bids and Awards Committee INVITATION TO BID FOR “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL” ITB No. G-2026-333 1) The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its Trust Fund, CY-2026 intends to apply the sum One Million Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱1,217,500.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites bids for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL ". Delivery of the Goods is required by Delivery of goods depends on the end user. Staggered basis and progress billing). Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 20, 2026 to November 10, 2026 from the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of 5,000.00 It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6) The Provincial Government of Bukidnon will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 27, 2026, 09:00 a.m. at the BAC Conference Room, BAC Office Capitol Compound Malaybalay City Bukidnon which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before November 10, 2026, 08:30 a.m. late bids shall not be accepted. 8) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1. 9) Bid opening shall be on November 10, 2026, 09:00 a.m. at Provincial Bids and Awards Office. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10) Each Bidder shall submit One (1) original marked as “ORIGINAL” and Two (2) copies of the first and second components of its bid marked as “COPY 1 & 2” – to be file in PINK FOLDER. Sealed in One (1) PINK ENVELOPE contain the Name of Contract to be bid, name & address of the bidder and company e-mail address, be addressed to the Provincial Government of Bukidnon and bear a warning “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE---”. Tabbing of each documents submitted is necessary. (1 folder for Eligibility and Technical Components and 1 Folder for Financial Components).
