Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL Municipality of Tagoloan INVITATION TO BID-45 PROCUREMENT OF GOODS IMPROVEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF CCTV SYSTEM 1. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, through TF 5% TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos ( Php 1,000,000.00) broken down as follows: ITEM BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sub- ABC 1. Supply and Delivery of Materials for Improvement & Rehabilitation of CCTV System Php 1,000,000.00 Total ABC Php 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods Improvement and Rehabilitation of CCTV System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically .Rejected at bidding opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement of Goods Improvement and Rehabilitation of CCTV System and Required delivery Period for (7) Seven Calendar days. Bidders must have completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid, in the case of Expendable Supplies; Said SLCC must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009(New Government Procurement Act). Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local of foreign, subject to the Conditions for eligibility in the IRR. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and Inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below form 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from October 20, 2026 to November 09, 2026. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 29, 2026 to November 09, 2026 before 10: 00 A.M. from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents pursuant to the Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Php 5,000.00. At Municipal Treasurer’s Office –LGU-Tagoloan, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the Submission of their bids. 6. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 28, 2026 at 10:00 in the Morning at Municipal Conference Room, Ground Floor Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion ,Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, this shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the address below on or before 10:00 in the Morning on November 09,2026. Late Bids shall not be Accepted. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1 9. Bid Opening shall be on 10:00 O’clock in the Morning November 09, 2026 at the Municipal Conference Room Ground Floor, Municipal Hall Building- Poblacion, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. Bids will be opened in The presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the activity. 10. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental reserves the right to accept or reject any all bids, Declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of RA 12009, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 11.
