Land Bank of the Philippines INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FORTY- SIX (46) UNITS OF TABLET COMPUTER WITH ACCESSORIES (KEYPAD AND DIGITAL PEN) FOR THE HEADS OF BRANCHES UNDER THE COVERAGE OF CENTRAL VISAYAS BRANCHES GROUP 1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK) - Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC) VII, through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php5,980,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Forty- Six (46) Units Tablet Computer with Accessories (Keypad and Digital Pen) for the Heads of Branches under the coverage of Central Visayas Branches Group, with Project Identification Number LBP-RBACVII-ITB-GOODS-2026-02. Delivery is within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information and/or a copy of the bidding documents from the LANDBANK – RBAC VII / FSSC VII-A through the telephone numbers and email address provided below during banking days from 08:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M: RBAC VII/FSSC VII-A 2nd Floor, LBP Building Osmena Blvd. cor. The Bidding Document Fee will be paid in cash at LANDBANK Cebu Osmeña Boulevard Branch or at any LANDBANK Branch provided that a Payment Acceptance Order (PAO) is secured first from the FSSC VII-A.
