  • The Supplier shall submit a sample incorporating the proposed heading design for review, checking, and approval by the End User before proceeding with mass production.
  • Mass production shall commence only upon approval of the sample by the End User.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • The Supplier shall deliver a total of 27,169 sets of 2027 Commercial Calendar
  • Partial deliveries shall be allowed, provided that the entire quantity is delivered and completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order.
  • Each calendar set shall be individually rolled and packed per 100 sets before delivery to ensure proper handling and protection during transportation.
  • The supplier shall coordinate with CKWD regarding the delivery schedule and shall ensure that all delivered calendars are properly handled and maintained in good condition.
  • All calendars shall be delivered to the delivery location:

City of Koronadal Water District Administration Building Blk. 1, Casa Subd., Brgy. Zone III, City of Koronadal QUALITY REQUIREMENTS AND INSPECTION

  • All calendars shall conform to the approved sample and the technical specifications stated in this TOR.
  • The End User or authorized representatives of CKWD shall inspect the delivered calendars to verify the quantity, dimensions, number of sheets, printing quality, paper type, design conformity, and overall physical condition.
  • Calendars with printing defects, incorrect designs, or incomplete sheets shall be subject to replacement or correction by the supplier at no additional cost to CKWD.
  • Final acceptance shall be subject to satisfactory inspection and verification of compliance with the approved specifications and delivery requirements.
