The Municipal Government of Quezon, Palawan, through the MHO General Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million (2,000,000.00) Pesos, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit Brand New Ambulance. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Quezon, Palawan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit Brand New Ambulance. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Bidder shall have a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is at least one (1) similar to the Project, completed within three (3) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Quezon, Palawan thru the BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (except on official holidays).
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 21, 2026, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday until November 11, 2026 at 8:30 AM from the address indicated below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand (5,000.00) Pesos.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
The Municipal Government of Quezon, Palawan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 29, 2026, 10:00 AM at Mayor’s Office Conference Room, Ground Floor, Municipal Hall, Quezon, Palawan, which shall be open to prospective Bidders.
Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before November 11, 2026, 9:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time). Late bids shall not be accepted.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.
Bid opening shall be on November 11, 2026, 9:30 AM at Diwata Hall, Quezon, Palawan. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity
