Republic of the Philippines Province of Ilocos Sur MUNICIPALITY OF ALILEM BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID I.The Municipal Government of Alilem, Ilocos Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested contractors to bid for the hereunder required projects Project Title Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC Source of Fund Scope of Work/Project Description Bid Form Fee Construction of Alilem Farmer’s Welcome Arc 6,983,493.10 MS RA 7171 FY 2023 collection. Approp. Ordinance # 05 s. 2026 Concrete works, steel works, formworks, tileworks, painting works, fence, electrical works 10,000.00 Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. II.Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar projects within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009 or the New Procurement Act. The BAC will conduct a post qualification of the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid. III.Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee and inspect bidding documents during office hours. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the address below and upon payment of Bidding Documents Fee/Bid Forms Fee(refer to above table) IV.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 10_, 2026, 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the conference room, municipal building date and time of opening of bids. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms in the amount specified in the IRR. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative/s who chooses to attend at the address below. V.The Municipality of Alilem, Ilocos Sur reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
