Central III, Municipality of Palompon, through the 20% EDF 2026 for the Supply of Materials for Installation of Solar Lights located at ,Brgy. Central III Palompon, Leyte amounting to One Hundred Seventy Six Thousand One Hundred Sixteen Pesos (P 176,116.40) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos Only (P 122,795.00) being the ABC to payments under the Contract for No. 2026-1011-001- Supply of Materials for Solar Lights Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Brgy. Central III, Municipality of Palompon now invites bids for the above Supply of Materials for Installation of Solar Lights located at Brgy. Central III, Palompon, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty-five (35) Calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4.Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Brgy. Central III, Municipality of Palompon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 am -12:00 nn and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm during Mondays to Fridays October 19,2026– November 10,2026. 5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 19, 2026– November 10,2026. from the given address and website(s) below upon the payment of the non-refundable fee for Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00). 6.The Brgy. Central III Municipality of Palompon will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 26,2026 at 9:00 am (Official Time of Barangay) at Barangay Hall which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 9:00 am (Official Time of the Brgy.) on November 10,2026 at Barangay Hall, Brgy Central III, Palompon, Leyte. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8.All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 9.Bid opening shall be on 9:00 am (Official Time of the Barangay) on November 10, 2026 at Barangay Hall, Brgy. Central III, Palompon, Leyte. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10.The Brgy.
