The Brgy. Puro, Magsingal, I. Sur intend to apple the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (150,000.00) being approved Budget for the contract(ABC).
The Brgy. Puro, Magsingal, I. Sur now invites bids for the purchase of stockpile. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified the Implementing Rule & Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act"
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent(75%) interest outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

The Brgy. Puro, Magsingal, I. Sur will hold a Pre-Bid on October 29, 2026at 9:00 A.M. at Brgy. Hall of Puro, Magsingal, I. Sur, w/c shall be open to all interested parties.
Bid must delivered to the address on or before November 26, 2026 until 12:00 noon at Brgy. Hall. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
