Republic of the Philippines Province of Cebu MUNICIPALITY OF MADRIDEJOS Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of one (1) unit Digital X-Ray Machine to cater Indigent Patients within the Municipality of Madridejos
The Municipality of Madridejos, through the 20% Development Fund-CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/000 (Php 4,600,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of one (1) unit Digital X-Ray Machine to cater Indigent Patients within the Municipality of Madridejos. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Madridejos and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 7:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening, from Monday to Thursday, except holidays.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from October 22, 2026 to November 10, 2026 from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos and 00/000 (Php 5,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to personally present its proof of payments for the fees.
The Municipality of Madridejos, through its Bids and Awards Committee, will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 29, 2026, 02:00 PM, at the BAC Office located on the 2nd Floor of the Municipality of Madridejos Executive Building,Tugas,Madridejos,Cebu.
Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before 2:00 PM of November 10, 2026. Late bids shall not be accepted.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14.
Bid opening shall be on November 10, 2026, 2:00 PM, at the BAC Office located on the 2nd Floor of the Municipality of Madridejos Executive Building,Tugas,Madridejos,Cebu. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
The Municipality of Madridejos reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
