SAN AGUSTIN, DIGOS CITY, DAVAO DEL SUR The City Government of Digos, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION, SIX HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED FOURTEEN PESOS AND TWENTY-ONE CENTAVOS (Php 12,614,614.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the CONSTRUCTION OF 1-STY 4-CL SCHOOL BUILDING AT ARCAFLOR MANIAPAO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. SAN AGUSTIN, DIGOS CITY, DAVAO DEL SUR with PR No. 26-09-4044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1.The City Government of Digos, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 3.Interested bidders may obtain further information from City Government of Digos, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. 4.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 22, 2026 – November 11, 2026 from given address and upon accomplishing a bidders assessment slip which shall be issued and assessed by the BAC Secretariat and shall be duly approved by the head of The Procuring Entity/BAC Chairperson or any of his duly representatives/s and payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 25,000.00. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees. 5.The City Government of Digos, will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., 4th Floor, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, Digos City Hall, Jose Abad Santos St., Zone III, Digos City, Davao del Sur which shall be open to prospective bidders. 6.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at 4th Floor, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, City Hall, Jose Abad Santos St., Digos City, Davao del Sur, on or before November 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.
