The Municipality of Taytay, Palawan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 30, 2026 (10:00 A.M.) at Admin Office, Executive Building Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan which shall be open to prospective. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Admin Office, Executive Building Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan on or before November 11, 2026 (10:00 A.M.). Late bids shall not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Bid opening shall be on November 11, 2026 (10:15 A.M.) at Admin Office, Executive Building Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. The Municipality of Taytay, Palawan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 12009.
