A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 23, 2026 – November 11, 2026 at Admin Office, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan and upon payment of a nonrefundable applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Php5,000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office. The Municipality of Taytay, Palawan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 30, 2026 (10:00 A.M.) at Admin Office, Executive Building Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan which shall be open to prospective. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Admin Office, Executive Building Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan on or before November 11, 2026 (10:00 A.M.). Late bids shall not be accepted.
