CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR THE OPERATION OF TAMPAKAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR THE OPERATION OF TAMPAKAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE IDENTIFICATION NO. TAMP-PB-INFRA-15-2026 1) The Local Government of Tampakan, through the SB No. 2 CY2026 20% MDF 3919-1-07-10-020 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR THE OPERATION OF TAMPAKAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government of Tampakan now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR THE OPERATION OF TAMPAKAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Completion of the Works is required 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 45 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, General Services Office, Municipality of Tampakan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am-12:00noon- 1:00pm-5:00pm. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 24, 2026- November 13, 2026, 2:00 in the afternoon from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at BAC Office, General Services Office, Tampakan Municipal Hall, Tampakan, South Cotabato and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of ₱1,000.00/set. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6) The Local Government of Tampakan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on (Date) @ 2:00PM from the Bids and Awards Committee at BAC Office, General Services Office, Municipal Hall, Tampakan, South Cotabato and/or through video conferencing via [insert website, application or technology to be used], which shall be open to prospective bidders.
